Spanish report: voluntary work

Who is a voluntary:
Person who dedicate part of his time to a solidarity action, usually,
without payment. Most of the activities done by the volunteers have as aim
to stop and prevent social wrong situations.
Some of the main reasons behind this decision:
1. Ideological, religious, ethic reasons
2. For personal reasons: to be useful to the other, know and live new
experiences, self development, friendship, ...
3. Professional reasons: it is a very positive background to have worked as
volunteer and is very positive appreciate by the enterprise, because it is
supposed that the candidate is able, not only to work but to collaborate
with the other and have other interest

There are several laws related to the theme at national level:

VALIDATION:
Most of the organizations provide at least some basic training and if the
voluntary ask for a Certificate they provide it, but it is just a document
to be added to his/her portfolio.
