Attached document is the proposal for the revision of the method for the
evaluation and selection of full proposals.
In the document you can find the process observed by each National Authority
(and its National Agency) as well as by the European Commission (Directorate
Education and Culture) through the Executive Agency for all full proposals
submitted under procedure B and C (document CL/24-2005).
All the topics about how the Commission appoints the evaluator (one for
proposal), what must be evaluated and how are explained. The mode of
procedure and timetable about communication among evaluator and Commission
and among the Commission and participating countries are defined.
