Registered National Civil Service Entities: New submissions to National / Regional / Autonomous Provinces Registers in compliance with the new requirements is now available.
1. Registration is now
available.
New National Civil Service Entities in possession of the requirements as for
Article 3 of the Law N. 64/2001 - 6 March 2001 are now eligible to register
in the National / Regional / Autonomous Provinces Registers in order to
present Civil Service projects for the year 2006. Proposals should be
submitted starting February 1st, 2006 until March 15th, 2006.
In the case of Civil Service Entities already registered, please, find below
(point 2 & 3) the additional requirements. Compliance to the additional
requirements is mandatory. The compliance proposals should be submitted
starting February 1st, 2006 until March 15th, 2006.
2. Registration in the Regional and Autonomous Provinces Registers.
The first phase of the adoption of the article 5 of the Decree N. 77/2002
requires new entities (in compliance with the article 3 of the Law N.
64/2001)
• with Head-Office located in: Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Emilia Romagna,
Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardia, Marche, Piemonte, Toscana,
Umbria, Veneto and in the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano; and
• Operating projects located in less than five Regions
to submit proposals for registration to the Regional or Autonomous Province
Registers where they reside starting February 1st, 2006 until March 15th,
2006.
Entities registered in the temporary National Register that meet the above
mentioned criteria will have their registration automatically transferred to
the Regional or Autonomous Provinces Registers based on the location of the
head office indicated at the time of the National Register enrollment.
Starting February 1st, 2006 until March 15th, 2006, the registered entities
should submit to the competent Regional or Autonomous Provinces Registers
any change with respect to location of the operating projects and
professional figures.
In case of registered entities not located in the above mentioned regions,
the competent register to receive registration proposal is still the
National Register.
3. Enrollment in the Temporary National Register.
New entities with operating projects located in five or more Regions should
submit their registration proposal to the temporary National Register
starting February 1st, 2006 until March 15th, 2006.
Entities already registered in the temporary National Register with
operating projects located in five or more Regions should submit any change
with respect to location of the operating projects and professional figures
to the National Office for the civil service starting February 1st, 2006
until March 15th, 2006.
Each entity can only be registered once in one Register.
4. Instructions to Submit Requests for Registration in accordance to the
Law 53529/1, November 10th 2003.
The National Office of Civil Service will soon release a circular that will
provide guidance on how to submit registration proposals to the National /
Regional / Autonomous Provinces Registers. In addition, the National Office
will soon publish on the website explanatory instructions on how to use the
Helios software which will enable entities to submit proposals for
registrations or renewals of registrations.
