Meanwhile to the research that explore the present reality of training
aspect of Civil Service, the future scenery will be inquired in relation to
the not formal learning opportunities connected to the Civil Service and the
possible system of detection of degrees of learning. The Delphi method is
chosen to accomplish this task: two interviews will be done to experts,
teachers and executives of training. The definition of procedures of leading,
of tools, and of knowledge tasks is entrusted to Erifo, italian partner.
The very purpose of this phase is the development, with customized system of
monitoring on the basis of peculiarities for each member Country, of an
handbook for the monitoring and evaluation of degrees of learning applied
during volunteer or substitution Civil Service.
The guidelines therefore will underline the strategic aspect of
employability and competencies and skills obtained through not formal
learning.
