MEETING in MADRID, SPAIN
The 15th and 16th December 2005
During the meeting that has
been held in the CECE’s office at Madrid, all the partners attending the
summit, discussed about the comparative report of the first action stressing
some amendments.
Afterwards they spoke about the second action of the project and they
decided that in January 2006 in all countries partner of the project have to
be organized a workshop with experts of training to validate the prototype
of the non formal learning pathway. On this subject the CESFOR and the Dutch
partner showed through two models the guidelines for the elaboration of a
prototype pathway for non formal learning. After a comparison of these
models the partners integrated them with the monitoring model and decided to
divide it in three phases with the aim to raise and measure the competences
acquired by volunteer.
The second day of the meeting the partners began the summit speaking about
the third action of the project that is the development of a monitoring and
evaluation system on the non formal learning during the civil service with
the assistance of a new methodology (DELPHI) that will be made in use to
investigate the future scenarios.
Then the partners talked about the fourth action of the project that
concerning the organization of a final conference for the dissemination of
the project’s results and, after a short discussion, the partners decided to
realize some workshop instead of the final conference.
Finally the partners spoke about the last point on agenda, the definition of
the themes for the elaboration of the questionnaire for the first interview
of the “Delphi” and all the partners participated at the discussion and at
the final elaboration of the themes.
