The project " Civil service apprentiship" realized inside
the European program Leonardo da Vinci (
www.programmaleonardo.net ), begun in October 2004,
lasted 26 month, ended in November 2006.
The Leonardo da Vinci program actively supports the
lifelong training policies conducted by the Member States.
It supports innovative transnational initiatives for
promoting the knowledge, aptitudes and skills necessary for
successful integration into working life and the full
exercise of citizenship, and affords scope for links with
other Community initiatives by supporting joint actions.
The countries involved in the project “Civil service
apprentiship”, were Italy with the
Cenasca-Cisl (Centro Nazionale Associazionismo Sociale
Cooperazione Autogestione), Cesfor (Centro Studi
Formazione Orientamento) and Erifo (Ente per la
ricerca e la formazione); the Netherland, with
Stichting Kenniscentrum EVC/Foundation for Research on Prior
Learning; the Bulgaria with Foundation for VET
EPA 21st CENTURY; and Spain with CECE (Confederación
Española de Centros de Enseñanza - Spanish Confederation of
