Cesfor is a non profit association founded with a public act in the 2000; the organs of the association are: Member Meeting, Directive Committee, President of Directive Committee.
Cesfor is qualified for Guidance – Training (Region Lazio) and for the Research (National Registry of the Research – MIUR ) and it obtained the Quality Certificate Uni En Iso 9001:2000 (Rina Spa Qualified Sincert for the activities of Guidance, Training and Research).


Our mission
Cesfor turns its activities to all people and organizations that on their way face moments of transition; Cesfor accompanies and supports them in their choices and more efficacious solutions, to improve their social dimension.
Cesfor activities are aimed to global increase of human person and development of the organizations by educational and guidance action, training and research.
Cesfor, with its activities, contributes to line up the potentiality and the resources of the citizens with events and the opportunities of the working world.
As an organization that promotes guidance, empowerment and training strategies, Cesfor has as objectives:
• To support the work placement and social inclusion of the citizens and their self- realization by guidance, lifelong learning, professional increase, self – promotion.
• To promote the development of the organizations by knowledge, new technologies, training and the organizational learning, vocational training and firm culture.
• To pursue the satisfaction of the receivers and their organizations.
• To integrate in the European Community, by careful projects aimed to the development, the citizens in order to promote exchange between cultures and the diffusion of best practices to improve the quality of life.

Cesfor to promote and develop its mission, organizes training and cognitive courses, professional and guidance activities turns to non profit associations (associations, social cooperative, voluntary organizations, non profit organizations, foundations, social firms, groups of mutual help and self help) firms and companies, work groups, single persons, schools (students, teachers, scholastic, formative and educative staff).
